Dear Members,

To be offered the post of president of the KSFA committee is an honor for me. It is also a challenge.  For this I would like to thank the KSFA committee members.

First, I would like to say “WELCOME” to the new members that have joined us, this year. Since I joined the club, about 11 years ago, I have managed to learn about fishing a lot. In our association learning is guaranteed.

Second, I want to say “THANKS” to the other members for their cooperation to our association.

From the date that it was formed up to today, our association has built up a reputation as being No1 club in fishing sport activities. The most important aspect of the club is our motto of “CATCH AND RELEASE”. This is the only way for conservation of our fishes in our sea. Other clubs has even adopted this practice, although most of them did not survive due to their lack seriousness.

The committee is already working hard to make another successful year as the previous ones. To be the organizers of singles, doubles and mullet leagues are a big headache, apart the junior’s matches and off course the annual 48-hour fishing marathon. The committee wishes that all members show their cooperation, not only in the fishing events but even when social events are organized.

I also like to thank Mr. Josef Camilleri of MR FISH, as again he has chosen to sponsor KSFA. We assure that we will reciprocate him by promoting MR FISH in our club.

Whilst wishing everybody good catches, I would like to send this message to every, ENJOY FISHING.
