What are your thoughts on the future of sport fishing in Malta?

Sport fishing has a big number of advantages. You can practice freely, alone or in company, both in good weather and bad and especially in Malta the availability of open sea is unlimited. It has always been popular even in its crudest version. Having spoken to various National Sport Representatives, I thing that it will be more popular in the future. All it takes is publicity and conservation awareness. I see a Mediterranean championship being held in Malta in the next 3-5 years.

  Describe your favorite fish story?

You can read it on our website. My experience of last year's visit to Bari just tops them all!
